General Description:

Aluminum foil tape is made of pressure sensitive acrylic adhesive or solvent based rubber and applied as duct wrap insulation. It provides an effective vapor barrier protection and superior sealing. This tape comes with a tough acrylic based adhesive on one side of the foil which ensures a firm and a lasting bond over a wide range of temperatures and the release line is coated with silicone white release paper.

The tape have an excellent anti-aging performance which perform long-lasting stickiness, have air tight bonding, and have high adhesion force up to 25N/25mm. It is light, easy to use and easy to tear with good flexibility at a wide range of temperatures, provides an excellent barrier against flame, dust, chemical corrosion and moisture. The tape also has heat reflection lamination to protect against UV degradation and harsh temperatures. It is commonly used in tube and lead joining for refrigerator, freezer, air conditioner, water heaters, and as a repair for aluminum or steel mufflers, truck bodies, or metal containers. It also can be used in electronics industries which require electromagnetic shielding in PDA, PDP, LCD monitors, notebook computers, photocopy machine, etc.
